NDSS Announces 2008 Charles J. Epstein Down Syndrome Research Award Recipients
The National Down Syndrome Society is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2008
Charles J. Epstein Down Syndrome Research Award Program. The NDSS Scientific Advisory
Board rigorously reviewed the applications and identified five outstanding applications to fund.
Nearly $175,000 was awarded to these five researchers. NDSS is excited to exhibit continued
commitment to Down syndrome research and improving the lives of people with Down
syndrome through funding studies such as these that have a lot of potential to impact the lives
